 Description:
The Calkins Law Office (1836) is the oldest extant frame building in the Grand River Valley. This small Greek Revival building It is located at the corner of Washington and State Streets in southeast Grand Rapids. It was moved to its current location in 1971 and restored in celebration of the nation's Bicentennial in 1976.
 Access:
The Calkins Law Office exterior is fully visible from Lincoln Park. The interior is not currently open to the public.
 Events:
This summer, the exterior of the Calkins Law Office will undergo a stabilization and restoration as part of a collaboration with area Boy Scouts and History Remembered.
