 Description:
Opened on the downtown waterfront in 1994, Van Andel Museum Center houses the main offices, exhibitions, and program facilities of the Grand Rapids Public Museum.  Its three-story galleria features impressive views of the downtown skyline, and serves as a unique community gathering space.  The complex also includes the Roger B. Chaffee Planetarium, Meijer Theater, Cook Carousel Pavilion, a cafe, gift shop, and public parking ramp.
